Adam Smith International’s purpose is to transform lives. To achieve this, we take on the big challenges facing the world, including tackling the causes and effects of climate change – one of our core service lines. In addition, as a certified B Corp and as signatory to the UN Global Compact, environmental sustainability is not only part of the work we do, but also part of the way we operate as a business.
This means that in addition to implementing climate change projects, we also seek to reduce the negative impact of our activities and operations on the environment. Moreover, in the longer-term, we intend to make a net positive contribution to the environment.
This policy intends to provide an easy to understand guide to our staff and other stakeholders on the principles, behaviours, practices and tools they can adopt to contribute to the Company’s environmental objectives to become carbon neutral by 2025 and a net positive contributor to the environment by 2030.
