ASI joins UN Global Compact

London, 9 April 2018 – As part of our commitment to sustainable business practice, Adam Smith International has become part of the United Nations Global Compact, a worldwide movement of companies that commit to doing business responsibly.

Like more than 9,000 other participants in the UN Global Compact, ASI commits to operating according to Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. Our work also advances the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, especially the goals to end poverty, advance quality education, provide decent work and economic growth, and develop strong institutions for peace and justice.

“The operations and culture of ASI reflect the UN Global Compact vision of business as a force for good,” said Interim CEO Jonathan Pell. “We are proud to count ourselves as part of this global grouping of sustainable companies.”
