FCDO reporting concerns mailbox

What It Is?

The FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) operates a formal and independent channel for reporting concerns commonly known as the Reporting Concerns Mailbox. It serves as a key mechanism in the FCDO’s integrity framework, allowing individuals to report suspected fraud, corruption, safeguarding issues, anti-money laundering, and other violations safely and confidentially.

When should reporting take place?

It should be noted that the Speak Up line provided by ASI  should be considered and used as a first resort. If these routes do not prove sufficient, then the Reporting Concerns Mailbox can be used.

Who Can Use It?

This channel is open to a wide range of individuals, including:

  • FCDO staff,
  • Contractors and suppliers delivering FCDO-funded work, and
  • Beneficiaries or stakeholders in the FCDO delivery chain.

What Can Be Reported?

Reports can be made about suspected:

  • Corruption
  • Fraud
