The Paris office serves as a corporate hub for the Adam Smith International (ASI) Group and the headquarters of ASI Europe, the Group’s European branch. ASI established a presence in mainland Europe in 2017, initially in Amsterdam and then Paris in 2024, as part of an effort to cement the Group’s strategic commitment and operational capacity to deliver high-impact technical assistance on behalf of the European Union and international development agencies from EU Member States.
ASI Europe’s team, composed of experienced EuropeAid practitioners, engages closely with EU institutions—primarily the European Commission in Brussels—as well as bilateral European donors. The team leverages over three decades of ASI’s institutional experience in implementing cutting-edge technical assistance programmes worldwide.
Since 2017, the ASI Group has delivered more than €70 million in complex development assistance programmes funded by the EU and other European donors.
